Gary Willoughby joined the Aiken SPCA in 2007. He has 19 years of management experience, including more than 13 years in Non-Profit management.
Gary holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, a graduate certificate in Gerontology, and a certificate in Non-Profit Management. He is an active member of the Society of Animal Welfare Administrators (SAWA), South Carolina Animal Care and Control Association, and Rotary Club of Aiken.
He and his wife Meghan share their home with four dogs (two Aiken SPCA alumni) and three rescued cats.
