Educating the public about how to responsibly care for animals, and to treat them with respect, kindness, and empathy is a primary goal of the Aiken SPCA.
We accomplish this goal through humane education. Thirty-five teach teams teach seven lessons during the school year in assigned Aiken County elementary classrooms. We also participate in school assemblies, and host school field trips.
